Pebble Beach Systems provides support during UK office hours and this is provided free of charge during the 1 year warranty period that is provided with each system. Customers can purchase an upgrade to include emergency telephone support outside of normal office hours. Our standard service includes a telephone line where an operator will take your contact details and will arrange for a customer support engineer to call you back within 1 hour.
After the warranty period expires, customers can purchase support based on either UK office hours cover or to include 24/7 emergency telephone support.
In addition to telephone assistance, customers who purchase support benefit from ongoing software upgrades. For a single one off cost we can also include remote support via a VPN link. Using VPN our support team can investigate the cause of problems by analyzing the detailed error logs that the systems produce, perform system health checks and amend configuration settings. Pebble Beach Systems strongly recommends this service as it can greatly improve the speed in which any issues can be diagnosed and resolved.
Pebble Beach Systems can offer onsite support during the installation of its systems, as well as commissioning and training services. In addition to this, the systems are delivered with a comprehensive user manual.
